South American Steak Sauce

Maybe you’ve heard of chimichurri sauce, but doesn’t it sound more exotic to call it South American steak sauce?

I love this stuff. So spicy. So lively.

This recipe calls for us to liberally apply it to hanger steak. But you can use any cut you see fit.

After all, YOU’RE eating it!

Flat Iron Steaks Hit the Spot

Have you ever tried Flat Iron steaks?

They’re really meaty and savory. They’re definitely a steak-lover’s steak.

If you know what I mean.

These flat iron steaks are to die for. They’ve got a sun-dried tomato and roasted red pepper rub already on them.

Just grill and go! Simple.

Try ’em and let me know what you think!

Grilling is hard, man.

At least I think so. If you want it medium rare, you must time it just right.

If you like very little pink inside, well, you have to time it right, too.

It’s a lot of pressure.

But the end result is so worth it.

That’s what I like this handy dandy grilling chart. It helps me figure out how NOT to mess up the meat.

Summer Grilling Tips

Plus, you can see some great summer grilling tips from the experts here. That’ll help the summer grilling become epic around your house.

Happy cooking, mates! And may the magic touch be with you. And also with me.
