Flintstones Steak

Okay, folks. What kind of steak is portrayed here?

I grew up watching “The Flintstones.” I, too, marveled at the size of that monstrous steak Dino was always panting over.

I’ve heard lore that it is indeed a Porterhouse.

But what do you think?

Is that really what it is – or could it be another cut?
