Beef Samosas

Just look at those amazing little packages of goodness. Inside, there’s a beefy treat and outside, well, that’s just crunchy deliciousness.

You can make samosas with lots of things — lentils, sugary treats, etc. — but beef sounds like a party on a plate.

This recipe calls for filling the samosas with ground beef, peas, garlic and lots of other flavorful ingredients.

As always, you can use the recipe as a guide but customize it to your own taste. That’s the fun part!

See the full beef samosas recipe here and let me know how yours turn out!

Halloween Cheesy Meat Hand

It’s All Hallow’s Eve and now you can even get your dinner into the Halloween spirit!

With a little ground beef, onions, herbs and cheese you, too, can make this creepy cheesy meat hand.

Spook your neighbors, frighten the children and satisfy your appetite all at the same time!

If you take away the fact that it looks like a creepy dead hand, this meal actually sounds pretty good. Like a cheesy meatloaf. Yum!

Click here to read more about this Halloween treat. And come up with your own version at home!

Happy Halloween, everybody! Mwuahahahaha!

Salisbury Steak Surprise

Let me just be the first to say that I don’t normally like recipes with the word “surprise” in them.

It conjures up images of mystery meat or something sinister.

But THIS surprise is a GOOD surprise.

This Salisbury Steak recipe includes bleu cheese in the center.

A burst of unexpected flavor that says, “Hello, taste buds!”

But in a good way.

Check out the recipe here and let me know what you think. Can you really ever go wrong with ground sirloin?

I think not.

Enjoy this surprise!
