Beef Samosas

Just look at those amazing little packages of goodness. Inside, there’s a beefy treat and outside, well, that’s just crunchy deliciousness.

You can make samosas with lots of things — lentils, sugary treats, etc. — but beef sounds like a party on a plate.

This recipe calls for filling the samosas with ground beef, peas, garlic and lots of other flavorful ingredients.

As always, you can use the recipe as a guide but customize it to your own taste. That’s the fun part!

See the full beef samosas recipe here and let me know how yours turn out!

Beef Brisket for Hanukkah

The Festival of Lights is going on right now. And among the many traditions of this beautiful holiday is the beloved food.

Beef brisket is chief among the amazing dishes served during this time and David Feder, a food writer in Buffalo Grove, IL, has put a new twist on this traditional favorite for Hanukkah.

It’s flavored with apricots and prunes for a slightly different taste. Isn’t it fun to change it up just a bit? Check out the entire beef brisket recipe and try it this year!

Feder suggests serving it with fluffy couscous and some garlicky green beans. Put your own stamp on it and make it a family favorite people will ask for year after year.

Sounds like a winner to me!

Naturally, it’s a site that provides just what it says . . . facts about beef.

It’s got answers to questions about nutrition, animal care, the environment, safety — even recipes.

And it’s a great place to go for all your beef-related news.

Check out the site here and you, too, can keep abreast of all things beef!
