Grumpy Bunnies Need Food!

If this is the way your Easter is going this weekend, make sure everybody is fed!

Nobody likes a grumpy bunny, so for goodness sake, lay out some appetizers and bring on the Easter ham or prime rib or chicken nuggets!

Holiday meals are a tricky thing to pull off successfully. The timing is paramount. You don’t want people too hungry, but you don’t want them stuffed on appetizers. You don’t want them lingering too long around the TV when you call them to the table or the food will be cold. It’s quite a feat to get it just right.

So hats off to you if you are the host or hostess this go ’round. I am applauding you right now.

Enjoy your weekend whatever you do – just make sure it involves good food! Or this photo might start to look mighty familiar . . .

Super Bowl Spectacular: Mom’s Meat Balls

Fifteen people are coming over to watch somebody whoop up on somebody in Dallas this Sunday. You must feed them. Want to be the host or hostess with the mostest?

Think outside the wing box and serve these babies.

Mom’s Meat Balls with a Devil’s Own Dipping Sauce can be a fantastic appetizer – or if you’re like me, you’ll eat so many of them they become a meal. Oh, the beautiful dipping sauce!

Check out the full recipe here. It’s really easy!

Have a great weekend, everybody! Enjoy the game!

Super Bowl Steak Recipes

The big game is a time to gather friends, watch some football and – EAT!

Philly and Green Bay are both places that appreciate a good, hearty meal. And if we’re being honest, the eating is the most important part of Super Bowl Sunday for those of us not playing in the game. And for me and my crew, beef is always on the menu.

Read up on some creative ways to keep your guests full and happy here. Try new dishes like grilled steak sandwiches and Chinese beef and rice that you’ve never thought about for a Super Bowl party!

If you’re not careful, you’ll be hosting the party EVERY YEAR from now on!!!
