Okay, all you steak lovers. Anybody tried these yet?

I mean, I love steak, but I’m not sure my palate is ready for this monstrosity.

I have seen the reviews on these steak-flavored chips and, well, they aren’t good.

“Junk Food Guy” says simply, “Fail.”

There’s just nothing meaty about them. You can slap a photo of a great-looking steak on the bag but that doesn’t mean those chips are going to taste like it.

Try ’em yourself and let me know as a true steak lover what YOU think.

Me? I’ll stick to the real thing, thank you!

It’s National Grilling Month! To make sure we get the most of out this most sacred month, here’s a video from the corporate chef at the Kansas City Steak Company.

He shows us the best way to grill our steaks, keep our grill clean and create a fantastic meal.

I know I’m going to need this advice because we’ve been grilling up a storm this month – steaks, burgers, kabobs – and I see no stopping ahead.

It’s National Hot Dog Month! Yes!

And Nathan’s just had its famous Hot Dog Eating Contest. What a way to honor the frank – shove as many into your mouth as you can in a short amount of time.

This year’s champion is Joey Chestnut, who set a new record of 69. He absolutely shattered his own record. He beat it by one.

Chestnut says he does this for the “prestige” and not the prize money. And can you blame him?
