Drunken Steak

Drunken Steak

Ingredients:
Your favorite Kansas City steaks
1 c soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 heaping tsp fresh ground ginger
1 tsp red chili flakes
Fresh cracked black pepper

Directions:
Cut a few small slices into raw steaks, place a
piece of garlic into each of the slots.  Place
steaks into acontainer w/ rest of ingredients and
seal w/ plastic wrap. Give a good shake and place
in the refrigerator for 1-2 days(turn to coat once
or twice).

Place these juicy marinated steaks onto a pre-heated
grill and cook to your likeness.

Mandarin Orange Marinade

Marinates 6 Steakburgers

Mandarin Orange Marinade

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup apple juice
1 cup sweet and sour sauce
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 tablespoon honey mustard
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
Combine all ingredients until well blended. 
Place steakburgers or other beef in glass dish
and pour marinade over meat, flipping beef over
to make sure all surfaces are covered.  Cover dish
and marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Drain
excess liquid and cook beef according to your desired
method and doneness.

Hawaiian SteakBurgers

Marinates 6 Steakburgers

Hawaiian SteakBurgers

Ingrediants:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon honey mustard
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 small red onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Combine pineapple juice, orange juice,
soy sauce, brown sugar, honey mustard,
sesame seeds, minced red onion and minced
garlic.  Whisk ingredients and pour into
food storage with lid. Marinate steakburgers
in container, refrigerate for 4 hours.
