Cook a Steak for Couples Appreciation Month

April is Couples Appreciation Month, folks!

It’s time to appreciate the couple you’re a part of, the couples you’re around or – maybe – the couple you want to create. 🙂

Here’s one suggestion for ya from the Examiner:  “…in the spirit of Couples Appreciation Month, tell them ‘I love you,’ cook them dinner ‘just because it’s Wednesday,’ or leave a quick note on the mirror to make them smile.”

I like all of those… but you know my favorite, right? DINNER! STEAK DINNER!

Schwarzenegger Steak Sandwich

Have you ever seen such a monstrosity?

This steak sandwich has 80,583 calories and contains cheese, steak, bacon and ostrich eggs!

Now WHO would attempt to eat a sandwich like this?

None other than Arnold Schwarzenegger – THE TERMINATOR.

“This sandwich will be so meaty,” Arnie says, “it will make a weak man cry.”

I’m crying already and I haven’t even attempted it.

Not that I will.

I LOVE beef but this amount is too powerful for me.

How about you? Wanna see more of this “Steak & Egger Sandwich?” Click here – if you dare!

Fancy a Flat Iron Steak?

It’s delicious. It’s different. And it’s increasing in popularity.

It’s the rich, hearty Flat Iron Steak!

Sometimes called the Top Blade Steak, this steak is cut from the shoulder and has a ton of marbling (read:  flavor!)

Wanna try this cut? Make this Flat Iron with KC Barbecue Glaze recipe and eat your heart out!

And lemme know what you think!
