There are many schools of thought as to where barbecue began, but it’s always interesting to see how other cultures describe this passion of ours and where it came from.
To me, I always think of BBQ as quintessential American. No doubt about it.
But, as the British point out in this article, its origins come from Spain, the Caribbean – even Paraguay!
