How can you possibly answer?
There’s no question the QUALITY of a steak is a good measure. And grade – like USDA Prime steaks or even Wagyu Kobe beef – makes a difference.
But what is the best cut? Depends on what you’re after.
Want something tender and juicy? Filet mignons. Hands down.
Hearty and meaty? Ribeye, T-bone steaks and Porterhouse steaks.
Flavorful? Kansas City strip steaks. Definitely.
So… what is the best steak TO YOU?
That answer will probably be different for everyone. And that’s one thing I love about steak!
