So, remember that video I posted of the soldiers preparing Christmas steaks?
Well, here’s an organization whose mission is to bring those steaks to soldiers. I had no idea. The day after I posted that video I read about these guys in the newspaper. Serendipitous. Whudda thunk it?
Steak Team Mission, you had me at “steak.” What a concept!
Here’s how they describe what they do:
Steak Team Mission prepares and serves steak dinners to soldiers in harms way to remote and hazardous areas determined by date and location by the US Military.
Now this is a cause I can get behind!
